摘    要:数控加工仿真技术是检验数控代码正确性的一种十分有效和可行的方法。毛坯材料的动态去除是加工仿真的关键,因此仿真工件(即毛坯)和刀具扫描体的建模,仿真工件模型和刀具扫描体之间的求交计算是核心问题。文中通过使用基于DEXEL模型的方法来构造毛坯,能够支持观察视角的变化,不依赖于以往扫描体生成的包络法,简化了刀具扫描体的计算,避免了复杂方程的求解。通过计算有效包围盒,减少了DEXEL射线同刀具包络体的求交计算次数。在VC++6.0和OpenGL环境下编程,验证了此方法,并给出了一个仿真实例。

Abstract:Simulation of NC machining is a quite effective and feasible method for verifying the correctness of Numerical Control programs.The display of process is the key to simulation,so generating cutter swept volume and the intersection of the workpiece with the cutter swept volume are the core issue.Using independent coordinate system constructs DEXEL model,it can support the observed changes in perspective,not depend upon the theory of envelopes method of formerly generating swept volume,and simplify the compution of it and avoid solving complex equations.Calculation of effective bounding box reduces the times between DEXEL ray and cutter swept volume.Under VC++ 6.0 and OpenGL,this method is tested and a simulation example is provided.
