竹黄菌丝体中竹红菌甲素的提取工艺

摘    要:采用浸提法对竹黄菌液体发酵竹红菌甲素的提取工艺进行优化,以竹红菌甲素得率为评价指标,选用单因素实验和正交试验,考察有机溶剂、粉碎与否、提取物干燥温度、浸提温度、有机溶剂的量、浸提时间等因素对竹黄菌丝体竹红菌甲素得率的影响。实验结果表明:对3.0g的菌丝体采用35℃干燥温度,粉碎后加入无水乙醇的量为40mL,浸提温度为30℃,浸提时间24h,可以获得最佳的竹红菌甲素浸提效果。

Abstract:Experiments were designed to study the technical condition of ethanol extraction from mycelia of Shiraia bambusicola.The optimal process was studied with yield and content of Hypocrellin A by single factor tests and orthogonal test to show the effects of temperature,time,ratio of materials,organic solvents,smashing level and extract drying temperature.The experimental results show that the optimum technological conditions were,mycelia on 3.0 g with drying temperature 35℃,after smashing the amount of ethanol added was 40 ml,the total time 24 h,extraction temperature of 30℃,extraction time 24 h,the best Hypocrellin A extraction results was obtained.
