| 摘 要： | 鉴于现行建设工程招标方式存在许多不足,提出了一种新的招标方式——公开邀标,并简要阐述了该方式的实施过程、最小邀标数量的确定程序以及对该方式的评价。利用此方式将使招标活动更加科学、规范,体现＂公平、公正、公开＂的竞争原则,适应社会主义市场经济的发展要求。

| Abstract: | This article analyses the shortcoming to the current bidding mode of construction project,puts forward a kind of new way of public bidding——open inviting bid,and having elaborated briefly the implementation process of the way,how to definite the minimum number of inviting bid and the evaluation.By this mode,we can make the bidding activity more Scientific and specification,embodying the competitive principle of ＂ fair,justic,publicize ＂,adapting the demand of socialism market economy. |
