供应链牛鞭效应及其控制论方法

随着市场竞争的日趋激烈以及全球经济一体化速度的加快,供应链正发挥着越来越重要的作用。从供应链的下一级向其上一级传递的信息失真会导致过量库存投入,客户服务质量降低,利润的减少,供应链效率极大降低,这一现象常称为牛鞭效应。因此如何抑制这一现象的研究成为学者们研究的重点,本文介绍近几年牛鞭效应的研究以及最新进展,着重指出一个牛鞭效应控制论的研究方法。本文的工作为今后研究牛鞭效应的抑制方法及理论创新提供研究基础。

Supply Chain's Bullwhip Effects and Their Control Theory Approach

With the development of market competition and economic globalization,the supply chain is playing an increasingly important role.The distortion of information from the downstream of the supply chain to the upstream will result in excessive inventory cost,poor customer service,less profit,and the lower efficiency.The phenomenon is always called the bullwhip effect.Hence,how to suppress the bullwhip effect has become the focus of researchers＇ study.In this paper,we introduce the study of the bullwhip effect,its latest development,and in particular,the research method based on the control theory.This paper provides the research foundation of the suppression method and theoretical innovation of bullwhip effects on the supply chain.
