圆钢管再生混凝土轴压短柱承载力试验研究

摘    要:参照普通混凝土配合比设计方法,按照再生粗骨料掺入量0、25%、50%、75%和100%制作了长径比为4.0、径厚比为20.75的共五组15个试件,进行轴心受压试验,研究不同再生粗骨料取代率对圆钢管再生混凝土短柱承载能力的影响。结果表明:钢管再生混凝土柱的轴压破坏形态与钢管普通混凝土柱相似,钢管再生混凝土柱的实测弹性极限荷载比钢管普通混凝土柱低,且随再生粗骨料取代率的增加而降低,和再生粗骨料取代率成反比关系。在掺入量合适的情况下,圆钢管再生混凝土柱应用实际是可行的。

Abstract:The effect of different replacement percentages of recycled coarse aggregate on the axial and eccentric compression performance of recycled concrete-filled circular steel tubular columns has been experimentally stud- ied. Fifteen short-columns are divided into five groups, according to the replacement rate of recycled aggregate 0,25,50,75,100 percentages for the axial compression tests. The ratio of length to diameter is 4 and the ratio of diameter to thickness is 20.75. It turns out that recycled concrete-filled circular steel tubular columns and ordi-nary concrete-filled circular steel tubular columns are similar in destruction mechanism. The measured elastic ul-timate load of recycled concrete-filled circular steel tubular columns are lower than ordinary concrete-filled circu-lar steel tubular columns 'and the bearing capacity of the recycled concrete-filled circular steel tubular columns gradually decreases with the increase of the amount of coarse aggregate mixture. On the ground of proper mixture amount, it is feasible to put the recycled concrete-filled circular steel tubular columns into actual application.
