| Abstract: | Getting traffic information from the mobile phone location data is a hot research topic in recent years.However,the effect does not meet people’s requirement,one of the most important reason is that there are a lot of "noise" in the mobile phone location data.First of all,a region’s mobile phone location data was used to create the Thiessen polygons and point layers based on Cell-ID mobile location technology and mobile phone handover principle,and then the method based on time and spatial-Relation was used to process the noise data reasonably.The experiment result shows that the method is effective and useful. |
