含铁氧化锌矿吸收含氯废气的实验研究

摘    要:研究了含铁氧化锌矿吸收含氯废气的工艺,结果表明:在液固比为7:1,粒度为120目,吸收时间为80min的条件下,可使锌的利用率大于97%,氯的吸收率达到99%.试验证明该工艺具有试验设备简易,工艺流程短,技术指标好的优点。

Abstract:The techniques on absorption of chlorine exhaust gas by ferruginous zinc oxide ore was studied. Experimental results show that when the liquid solid ratio is 7: 1, the granularity is 120 mesh with the reaction time is 80 min, the leaching rate of zinc is up to 97% and the absorptivity of chlorin is up to 99%. This technique is characterized by a simple experimental equipment, a brief craftwork flow and a perfect technique guide line.
