铝胁迫对大豆根际土壤酶的影响

摘    要:研究了铝胁迫对大豆根际4种土壤酶(蔗糖酶、淀粉酶、过氧化氢酶和脲酶)的影响.结果表明,不同铝处理对4种土壤酶都有明显的影响;在高铝胁迫下,4种酶的活性都下降,将大大降低土壤的能力;中等铝处理对4种酶的影响有所不同.3个大豆品种在铝对根际土壤酶影响上存在一定的基因型差异。

Abstract:Effects of aluminum(Al) stress on four soil enzymes (amylase,sucrase,catalase and urease) in soybean rhizosphere were studied in this paper.The result indicates that there are conspicuous effects of aluminum on four soil enzymes.Under the stress of high Al content,the activity of amylase,sucrase,catalase and urease in soybean rhizosphere is decreased and the crop-producing power of soil declines.The effect of middle Al content on the four soil enzymes is different.Some genetic variation is found among three soybean varieties in the effect of Al stress on soil enzymes of soybean rhizosphere.
