| 摘 要： | 随着全球化的规制跨国性垄断行为。推进和国际竞争的日趋激烈，各国均通过赋予本国反垄断法以域外适用效力来但通过国内立法处理国际反垄断问题，往往因其所依据的标准不同而不能被其他国家接受，从而引发国际争端。目前来说，国家间唯有通过开展反垄断法双边合作，才能具体化解障碍，有效地抑制反竞争活动。

| Abstract: | Along with the advancement of globalization and the intensification of world competition, each country restricts transnational monopoly activities by endowing its antitrust law with extraterritorial application force. But dealing with international antitrust issues via domestic legislation will trigger world disputes, because every country has its own particular standard which others countries are not willing to accept. At present, the only way for settling international disputes and restraining effectively anticompetitive activities is to launch bilateral cooperation in respect of antitrust laws. |
