华侨华人慈善捐赠和侨乡发展——对瑞安市桂峰乡华侨华人的调查和分析

温州是全国著名的侨乡，海外温州人的侨汇、信息、市场和社会关系网络是侨乡发展的重要资源。通过对瑞安市桂峰乡海外华侨华人群体的调查分析，发现华侨华人慈善捐赠的模式有个人、民间组织和政府三种并各有特点，动因则是强烈的爱国爱乡的愿望。华侨华人慈善捐赠对侨乡的教育事业、公益事业和地方经济等三个方面做出了贡献。

Charitable Benefactions of Overseas Chinese and the Hometown Development of Overseas Chinese——Investigation and Analysis about Overseas Chinese from Guifeng Town,Rui＇an

Wenzhou is a famous hometown of overseas Chinese. Overseas Chinese remittance, information, markets and social relation of Wenzhou people who have migrated overseas are important resources for hometown development of overseas Chinese. This paper takes overseas Chinese from Guifeng Township, Rui＇an as an example, investigating and analyzing the patterns, characteristics and agents of overseas Chinese＇s charitable benefactions. The overseas Chinese charitable benefactions do contribute to their hometown＇s education cause, public welfare and local economy development.
