| 摘 要： | 非物质文化遗产的价值决定于其原生程度。非物质文化遗产普查申报工作要重点发掘地域标志性文化事项，关注原生态文化和濒危遗产，剔除伪遗产。非物质文化遗产普查工作要尽可能利用各种高科技手段，将非物质文化遗产所隐含的各种信息全面地记录并保存下来，以达到永续利用的目的。

| Abstract: | The originality and primitiveness is the basis of core value of intangible cultural heritage. The census and declaration of intangible cultural heritage should focus on discovery of those items with local symbolic significance, pay attention to original culture and endangered heritage, and distinguish psuedo-heritage. In the process of census of intangible cultural heritage, all possible kinds of high-tech means should be used to record and keep all details of information contained in intangible cultural heritage to achieve aim of long-lasting exploitation. |
