| 摘 要： | 《与贸易有关的知识产权协议》框架内的地理标志保护对中国有启发性，欧盟地理标志保护制度对中国也有示范作用。中国地理标志制度建设存在不足，亟待完善。我国如果把地理标志保护与促进农业发展、增加农民收入、中国社会主义新农村建设联系起来，并借鉴国际先进经验，就可以适应WTO的要求，进一步完善中国地理标志保护制度，以应对发达国家借用地理标志保护设置的贸易壁垒，促进民族产业的振兴。

| Abstract: | Protection of geographical indications within the framework of Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights has enlightenment for China and protection system of geographical indications of European Union also plays an exemplary role for her. Construction of China＇s geographical indication system has deficiencies and urgently need to be improved. If China links protection of geographical indications with promoting agricultural development, increasing farmers＇ income and Chinese socialist new rural construction, and learns from advanced international experiences, she can meet the requirements of WTO and further improve her protection system of geographical indications so as to cope with trade barriers set up by developed countries who pleads protection of geographical indications as their excuses, and promote revitalization of the national industry. |
