| 摘 要： | 运用协整分析与误差修正模型，就1983—2007年间外商直接投资对我国国内投资产生的影响做了实证分析。长期来看，外商直接投资对国内投资产生了挤出效应；短期来看，外商直接投资对国内投资存在滞后一期的负影响。有关政府部门要对当前的外资利用政策做一定程度的调整，从而削弱挤出效应，不断提高外资利用的质量。

| Abstract: | Co-integration analysis and error correction model were used to analyze the influence of FDI （Foreign Direct Investment） on Chinese domestic investment in the period of 1983 to 2007. In the long run, FDI has caused a crowding-out effect on domestic investment. And in the short term, FDI has a lagged and negative effect on domestic investment. So, in order to weaken such an crowding-out effect, relevant governmental bodies should adjust the current policy of utilizing foreign capital in a certain extent to continuously improve the efficiency of using foreign capital. |
