| 摘 要： | 提出了一种将TOPSIS法和AHP法进行融合的综合评价方法。即运用AHP法确定评价指标的权重 ;运用TOPSIS法进行评价指标值的规范化和排序计算。此方法将AHP法和TOPSIS法进行了有效的融和 ,使评价方法的应用领域更加广泛 ,同时提高了评价方法的易操作性和评价结果的客观性和准确性

| Abstract: | This article introduces a comprehensive evaluation method which combines TOPSIS with AHP that is using AHP to determine the varying degrees of the evaluation quota and using TOPSIS to standardize the value of the evaluation quota .this method combines TOPSIS with AHP ettectively and makes the evaluations means widely applied, and meanwhile it also makes the evaluation means easily used and to evaluation results more objective and more accurate. |
