| 摘 要： | 阐述了动态联盟产生的背景及动态联盟的基本组织模式，并对联邦式动态联盟的组织形式进行了详细论述，提出了由技术网络、信息网络、物流网络、资金流网络及契约网络共同构建的动态联盟运行基础环境；最后描述了基于契约网络的动态联盟的运行模式，及其在运行中存在的管理和技术问题。

| Abstract: | The background and basic structure of dynamic alliance are illustrated, and the structure of dynamic alliance in the form of union is discussed in detail. It also presents the basic operational environment consisting of technology, information, material, fund, and contract network. The operational mode of dynamic alliance based on contract network and the problems of administration and technology in the operation are described. |
