磷铝酸盐与硅酸盐复合水泥耐水性初探

摘    要:对磷铝酸盐与普通硅酸盐复合水泥的耐水性进行研究,通过X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜等手段进行机理分析,结果表明:由于磷铝酸盐水泥具有吸收水化浆体的OH^-离子生成C—A—P—H、C—P—H凝胶的功能,使磷铝酸盐水泥比普通硅酸盐复合水泥水化快,硬化浆体形成一种晶体加凝胶体的致密结构;磷铝酸盐与硅酸盐复合水泥浆体中生成较多的结晶度高、稳定性好的AFt,没有发生AFt向AFm的相转化,从而使复合水泥在长期浸水的情况下表现良好的耐水性。

Abstract:The water resistance of composite cement made by phosphoaluminate cement and Portland cement was studied by water resistance norm.The water resistance mechanism of composite cement was analyzd by means of XRD and SEM. The results indicate that hydration rate of phosphoaliuminate and silicate composite cement is higher than Portland cement and the paste microstructure of composite cement is more dense,the symmetry and stability of AFt are improved at the early period of hydrate of composite cement,which restrains the change from AFt to AFm Therefore,the former has good ability of water resistance.
