预应力缠绕模具设计理论

摘    要:综述张力设计理论的发展现状,现有缠绕张力的计算公式存在以下问题:纤维缠绕张力与预应力模具缠绕张力的大小相差几个数量级;将缠绕层视为整体,忽略了逐层缠绕的本质;缠绕层数没有具体计算公式;没有考虑摩擦因素的影响等。在考虑摩擦的基础上,建立模具最优缠绕模型,推导出新的缠绕张力公式具有重要的实用意义和科学价值。

Abstract:The progress of design theories of tension force and the shaped formulae of winding tension force and numerical analysis of prestressed wound dies are introduced.There exist several problems in the shaped formulae of winding tension force,such as the tension force of fibre-wound apparatuses is much smaller than that of prestressed wound dies;regarding the winding layers as a whole body ignores the essential of each layer's difference;no specific formulae of numbers of winding layers;no specific formulae take consideration of friction force's influence.In future researches,the influence of friction force could be put into consideration.Thus the optimum winding model of prestressed wound die will be established,which would have much significance in practical and scientific importance.
