| 摘 要： | 改装后的SP—2308型气相色谱仪接24.7m×0.75mm大口径特厚液膜WCOT柱,在不分流直接连样下考查了载气线速以及尾吹和进样量对该柱柱效率的影响。同时列出了某些与填充柱对照的结果,并讨论了应用条件。

| Abstract: | The effects of linear speed of carrier gas, tail blow and amount of feed on the column efficiency of big inch capilliary column of superthick film (WCOT)are investigated, under the condition of branchless direct feeding. Some comparison results of the column and the filling column are shown and the application conditions of the column are also discussed. |
