夫琅和费衍射法测量细丝直径的研究

摘    要:系统分析了夫琅和费衍射法测量细丝直径的各种误差因素,提出了工作距离D的标定方法。对4根直径不同的细丝进行了测量,最后,用另外两种测量方法对衍射法测得的结果进行了验证。

Abstract:The methods of the diameter measurement of filament have been summarized at first. The principle and experiment equipment of Fraunhofer Diffraction method have been presented. The error factors of Fraunhofer diffraction method have been analyzed systematically. The method of calibrating the working distance D has been presented. We have measured the diameters of four different filaments and verified the results obtained from Fraunhofer diffraction method by two other methods.
