纳米级TiO_2超细粉的水热合成及结构相变的研究

摘    要:利用水热合成法以无水TiCl4和浓硫酸为原料制备了纳米级锐钛矿型TiO2超细粉,并对其由锐钛型到金红石型结构的转变温度进行了研究,结果显示,其相变温度比传统的TiO2材料要低得多。

Abstract:Nano titana powder was prepared by hydrothermal method using starting material anhydrous titanium tetrachloride and sulphurie acid. The transformation from anatase phase to rutile phase in the nanometer titania powder was also studied. The results showed that its temperature is much lower than that of the transformation for conventional titania materials.
