| 摘 要： | 对ABB公司总线仪表的总线技术特点及现场应用做了详细的分析，并对总线仪表的具体应用、组态和在线修改等做了详细的介绍。采用总线仪表可获取仪表的工作状态、实时数据及报警信息等，这对水泥生产线的工艺改进和调度决策起到重要作用。

| Abstract: | The choice of instrument is one of the key technique in the long-term monitoring of cement's processing and device parameters. The technical features and field application of ABB company's fieldbus instrument are studied,and also the instrument's hardware and softstatus's cofiguration are studied. The processing of cement product line is improved by using this intelligent fieldbus instrument,it can acquire the state of the instrument and the information of alarms and so on,it will also provide important reference information for the safety of cement product line and the attempering and the decision-making of the plant. |
