| 摘 要： | 研究了一种应用于水泥颗粒级配在线分析仪的信号放大和数据采集系统,该系统具有抗干扰、采集速度快和转换精度等特点。它较好地解决了采用模拟开关给系统带来的交叉干扰问题,并且信号放大电路能根据采集信号的强弱进行自动量程放大。这样既可以提高系统的采集速度,又可以保证A/D转换器工作在较佳的转换区域,以减小A/D转换器对较弱信号转换时的误差。

| Abstract: | The system for signal amplification and data collection which was used in the in-line analytic instrument for determining cement grain size distribution is studied. The system is antijamming, high speed for data collection and high precision for signal conversion and can fairly solve the cross jam by analogue switches and also adjust automatically the measurement range of signal amplificationeircuits according to the signal intensity. So the data collection is speeded up, the better conversion region and less error for weak signals of A/D converter are ensured. |
