| 摘 要： | 综述工业过程软测量研究现状.论述软测量过程中辅助变量的选择,过程数据的预处理,软测量模型的建立及软仪表校正方法,提出工业过程软测量的实现方案.评述基于回归分析、BP神经网络、RBF神经网络、支持向量机等当前主要软测量建模方法的特点及其在工业过程软测量中的应用.指出当前工业过程软测量实现过程中存在的诸如误差处理、软仪表校正等问题及今后软测量技术与优化控制相结合的研究与发展方向.

| Abstract: | In view of the recent researches on industrial process soft-sensor,the aspects of secondary variable selection,data preprocessing,modeling and calibration are presented and a soft-sensor scheme is given.Main modeling methods of regression analysis,BPN,RBFN and SVM are illustrated.The problems such as data error processing and soft-sensor calibration are raised,and the future developing direction of soft-sensor is outlined. |
