高性能固沙材料的开发与研究

摘    要:以几种常见的有机和无机化学材料为主要原料开发研制了一种高性能固沙材料,通过大量的实验研究,测试了该高性能固沙材料固化石墨尾矿砂和河沙后在其表面形成固化层的时间,固化层的3d抗压强度及其渗水,证实了该高性能固沙材料固沙的可行性。研究了该固沙材料的固化机理,认为固化作用是有机溶剂和无机填料同沙粒共同作用的结果。

Abstract:A kind of high performance solidifying sand materials is empoldered and prepared by using some familiar organic and inorganic chemicals.The graphite gangue sand and river sand are solidified by the high performance solidifying sand materials,and a solidified layer is formed in their surfaces.The time of formation of the solidified layer and the compressive strength of 3d and the performance of seeping water are tested by a lot of experiments.The feasibility of the materials to solidify sand is approved.At the same time,the study of the solidifying mechanism indicates that the solidifying action is the result of organic solvent and abio filling operating with sand grains.
