| 摘 要： | 系统研究测定了九种常见邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的正辛醇／水分配系数和水溶解度，考察了正辛醇／水分配系数测定值Ｋ与分子碎片数法计算值Ｋ、一阶价分子连接性指数１ｘｒ以及水溶解度Ｓ之间的相关性，结果表明．ｌｏｇＫ与Ｋ、１ｘｒ及Ｓ呈良好线性关系，并建立了相关方程式。

| Abstract: | The n-octanol-water partition coefficients and aqueous solubility of some phthalate esters (PEs) were determined, and the correlations between the partition coefficients measuredand those calculated according Leo's method. valence one-order molecular connectivity, aqueus solubility were discussed. It showed that the partition coefficients are linearly related to the molecularconnectivity, aqueous solubility and the partition coeffficicnts calculated with Leo's methods, andall the regression aquations were established with satisffaction. |
