| Abstract: | The synthesis expansion influence factors in the budget quota establishment process are researched by using the factor analysis theory and the method analyzes each influence factor.Based on the proportion points of each influence factor affected by experts,using the theory of error establishment influence factors quantification model to quantificate these influence factors,one method is provided to scientifically dea with synthesize expansion influence factors in the budget quota establishment process. |
