摘    要:提出了一种运用CCD成像测量技术进行大型机械零件轮廓测量的图像测量方法,该方法利用CCD成像技术获得零件轮廓的图像,并使用Marr边缘检测算子精确确定零件轮廓的边缘位置,利用十一点曲率法得到轮廓的角点和切点的大致位置,并对轮廓分段识别。最后采用直线和任意曲线轮廓拟合的数学模型及误差评定方法,判断所测零件的轮廓度是否满足公差要求。该方法代替了传统的模板手工测量,测量效率高,实验表明,此方法达到了理想的测量结果。

Abstract:A kind of image measurement technique is presented, which uses CCD imaging measure technology to measure the edge contour of mechanical parts. This method can get the image of edge contour using CCD imaging technology, and position accurately the edge location of the edge contour through Marr edge detection operator. Adopting eleven curvature law, it can get the point of contact and the angle point of outline approximately, and identify the outline section by section. Finally, applying the mathematical model and error assessment method joined with straight line and arbitrary curve outline, it can judge whether the edge contour of measuring mechanical parts satisfies needed tolerance. The method has replaced the traditional manual work and its efficiency is high, and the results are ideal.
