| 摘 要： | 研究了工艺参数对TiN燃烧合成过程的影响,探讨了C引入后得到纤维状TiC及原位复相材料的工艺途径.结合相平衡分析了TiN的生成过程.

| Abstract: | Effects of processing parameters on the combustion sythesis of TiN were investigated together with discussing of how to prepare in-situ fibric TiC reinforce composite.Formation mechanism of TiN was analyzed on the base of Ti-N phase diagram and the combustion temperature profile. |
