| 摘 要： | 通过对工程建设项目贡献率进行分析,从个人知识存量、个人知识组织、个人知识管理以及个人知识创新四个角度,构建了工程建设项目个人知识贡献率分析评价指标体系,并运用灰色层次分析模型对其进行研究。研究结果显示,所选取的指标对工程建设项目知识管理有重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | The contribution rate for engineering construction proj ects was analyzed.And the paper builds the contribution rates analysis evaluation index system from four angles,name-ly personal stock of knowledge,personal knowledge organization,personal knowledge man-agement and personal knowledge innovation.And a grey hierarchy analysis model is used. Results showed that selections of indicators have the vital significance to the construction proj ect. |
