摘    要:对比胶粉改性沥青与SBS改性沥青,采用AC-13C,SMA-13及断级配AR-AC13三种混合料在120~200℃范围内击实,以此涵盖道路施工实际压实温度,模拟路面压实性能.研究结果表明,温度对胶粉改性沥青混合料的体积参数有较大影响,在160~180℃温度区间内,改性沥青混合料的空隙率、VMA与VFA对温度不敏感,提高拌和温度对改善压实质量无实质意义;当温度降至160℃以下时,VMA迅速升高,VFA迅速降低,空隙率也呈现出"直线"的增大趋势,在此阶段提高拌合温度可在一定程度上改善压实质量.

Abstract:The rubber modified asphalt and SBS modified asphalt are contrasted in this stud- y, the mixture of AC-13C, SMA-13 and AR-AC13 are used for compaction test in the range of 120~200 ℃ to cover the actual road construction compaction temperature, which can simulate the road compaction performance. The results showed that the temperature is a great influence on the Volume parameter of rubber modified asphalt mixture. In the range of 160~180 ℃, the void fraction, VMA and VFA of modified asphalt mixture are not sensi- tive to temperature, improving mixing temperature is not meaningful to improve the quality of compaction. When the temperature dropped to below 160 ℃, the VMA rose rapidly and VFA fell rapidly, the increase of void fraction also presented a "linear" trend. At this stage improving mixing temperature can imorove the compaction quality.
