摘    要:对SAC的2种级配(SAC-25,SAC-20)、3种沥青结合料(A-70,A-30,SBS改性沥青)的高温性能和单轴贯入剪切试验、低温性能、水稳性能等进行了比较试验研究.研究结果表明,采用骨架密实型级配和硬质沥青,其混合料的动稳定度DS约为石油沥青(A-70)混合料的2倍,单轴贯入剪切试验抗剪强度约为石油沥青(A-70)混合料的1.3倍,为SBS改性沥青混合料的1.1.倍,适用于南方湿热地区沥青路面中下面层.

Abstract:The Stone Asphalt Concrete is one kind of skeleton dense Gap-graded asphalt concrete, which has the better high temperature stable performance. This article carries on the comprehensive pavement performance contrast test to two mix ratio (SAC-25, SAC-20) of SAC and three kinds of asphalt (A-70, A-30, SBS modified asphalt) in aspect of the high tempertature stability, uniaxal penetration shear test resistance at high temperature, crack resistance at low temperature and the water permeability. Test results show when adopting skeletonis dense Gap-graded and high viscosity base asphalt mixture, its dynamic stability DS is about two times for oil asphalt (A-70) mixture, and its shear strength of uniaxal pen- etration shear test is about 1.3 times for oil asphalt (A-70) mixture, 1.1 times for the SBS modified bitumen mixture, which is suitably applied in the hot and humid southern region, and could produce good social and economic performance.
