摘    要:偶发性交通拥堵具有较大的随机性及衍生性,拥堵发生后需要快速进行控制以防止拥堵向上游路段及交叉口漂移,同时应对拥堵内部进行及时疏散。从交通事件的发生导致道路瓶颈到拥堵完全消散这一过程中,拥堵区域的范围是不断变化的。根据交通流参数及拥堵传播速度,提出了一种以疏散为目的的拥堵区域动态划分方法,划分为阻塞区、过渡区和常态区3个动态控制子区。同时,在不同的动态控制子区实施对应的控制措施。数值模拟表明,本研究提出的拥堵区域控制子区动态划分及控制方法能快速疏散拥堵。

Abstract:The occasional traffic congestion has great randomness and derivatives,so it re-quires to control quickly to prevent the congestion spreading to advanced position and to dis-perse the congestion promptly.The area of congestion varies from the occurrence of traffic events to congestion dissipation.To dissipate traffic congestion,a fast dynamic definition method of the congestion region was put forward by traffic flow parameters and the propa-gation velocity of congestion.The traffic congestion region was divided into the blocking re-gion,transition region and normal region,and the traffic control strategy for each region was put forward also.By numerical simulation,the traffic congestion can be fast dissipated by the dynamic division method and the traffic control strategy.
