摘    要:对用户生产现场的水冷器污垢和冷却水进口分布状况及污垢导热性的特点分析表明 :国内立式水冷器普遍低效运行的主要原因是污垢得不到及时清除 ,其次是各管冷却水量的分配太不均匀。用在线、连续、自动清洗防垢的自转扭带 ,并配套具有冷却水调匀功能的管口轴承是一种有效的解决办法 ,初步的工业应用试验结果表明节水节电的综合效益较高

Abstract:From the practical investigation of the fouling and the distribution of the inlet cooling water,and the feature analysis of the very poor heat conductivity of the fouling,it is considered that the main reason,why vertical water coolers operate generally with so low efficiency in China,is that the fouling can not be removed on time and the distribution of the inlet water is too uneven.Enploying self-rotating twisted tape to self-clean or antifouling continuously online and the special inlet bearing to distribute the inlet water well can solve the problem effectively.The results from the preliminary applied experiments in industry show that the comprehensive profit is fairly high in respect of saving water and power.
