摘    要:采用化学氧化聚合法制备了竹纤维/聚苯胺二元复合物,并将该复合物处理含银溶液中的银离子(Ag^+)。研究了初始Ag+浓度、温度和振荡等因素对吸附还原过程的影响,探讨了吸附过程动力学及热力学。研究结果表明,该复合物对低浓度Ag+溶液有较好的去除率,最佳达到99.0%;升高温度以及振荡条件有利于银离子的去除;吸附还原过程是自发的吸热反应,符合准二级动力学模型,且符合Langmuir等温吸附模型;Ea为28.119 2kJ/mol,说明过程容易进行,且为物理吸附。

Abstract:Bamboo Fiber/Polyaniline binary composite was prepared by an in-situ chemical oxidation polymerization method,and the composite was used for treatment of silver ion(Ag^+)in silver solution.Several factors affecting the adsorption and reduction process such as the initial concentration of Ag^+,temperature,oscillating condition were investigated.The kinetics and the thermodynamics of adsorption process were discussed.The results show that the compound in low concentration of Ag+solution has good reduction rate,can reach 99.0%,elevated temperature and oscillation condition is advantageous to the silver ions removal.The finding of this compound adsorption reduction on Ag+process is spontaneous endothermic reaction,meet the quasi secondary dynamics model and the Langmuir isotherm model.The activation energy Eais 28.1192kJ/mol,which suggests that the reaction is easy to occur and the adsorption process is physical adsorption.
