摘    要:为了探讨大粒径粗粒式沥青混合料的组成设计方法,采用了大型马歇尔击实试验.试验表明,大型马歇尔试件的密度比标准马歇尔的大,同时,孔隙率、矿料间隙率降低,沥青饱和度提高,达到相同体积指标(孔隙率)时沥青用量降低,从而改善了中、下面层沥青混合料的高温性能,防止泛油与车辙病害.由于密实度高,可防止雨水渗入,有效防止水损害,保证沥青路面的使用性能。

Abstract:Based on the testing data, the density result of the large scale Marshall test is larger than that of the standard Marsall test, the VV as well as VMA are smaller and the VFA is higher. With same VV the OAC is reduced and the high temperature stability of the asphalt mixture was improved. Thus the damages of bleeding and rut were prevented. Because of higher compactness, water permeation can be prevented and the damage by water was reduced. The performance of asphalt pavement was also guaranteed.
