摘    要:针对橡胶沥青专用级配之一的RAC-G,将其在不同级配情况下,通过马歇尔试验,重点考查了此级配中关键档集料掺量的变化对9.5mmRAC-G级配空隙率的影响规律,研究发现,为保证RAC-G级配空隙率在3%-6%的范围内,油石比应控制在8.5%-9.5%;油石比每增加0.5%,橡胶沥青混合料的空隙率减小0.9%-1.2%;在2.36-4.75mm的含量严格控制在12%以下的前提下,通过调整粗集料4.75-9.5mm与≤2.36mm集料的相对含量,可微调空隙率。相比ARAC级配,将9.5mmRAC-G级配应用于超薄罩面或应力吸收层,将具有更好的抗疲劳开裂和防反射裂缝的性能。

Abstract:RAC-G is one of the specific gradations of asphalt rubber.This study focused on the variation law of void ratio of 9.5 mm RAC-G caused by key size sieve pass rate changes through Marshall Tests.The results showed that oil-aggregate ratio should be controlled at 8.5%~9.5% to ensure RAC-G void ratio was within 3% to 6% range;when oil-aggregate ratio increased every 0.5%,void ratio of asphalt rubber mixture reduced by 0.9% to 1.2%.Under the premise that the content of 2.36~4.75 mm is strictly controlled below 12%,we can control void ratio by adjusting the relative content of the coarse aggregate(4.75~9.5 mm) and aggregate≤2.36 mm.Compared with ARAC,9.5 mm RAC-G graduation has a much better performance on resisting fatigue cracks and reflective cracks when applied to ultra-thin overlay or stress absorbing layer.
