摘    要:分析了灾害性气象因素对道路运营安全的影响,采用设计频率方法对气象数据进行了计算分析,建立了不同运行状态下不同的可视距离、行车车距和运行车速间的数学模型.通过计算机仿真试验,对数学模型进行了验证.并以上海市高速公路局域网为例,提出了灾害性天气下道路安全运营车速建议值.

Abstract:The effects of atrocious weather factors on road operating safety were investigated and the design frequency of atrocious weather was calculated using historical weather data.The safety operating speed models were developed considering sight distance,vehicle head space under various climate and traffic conditions.The models were verified using traffic simulation and the safety road operating speed was provided based on local networks of Highway Bureau in Shanghai.
