中温两相闭式热虹吸管的性能

摘    要:为了找出中温区两相闭式热虹吸管工作介质的各自最佳适用温度范围,为中温热管的工业应用提供参考,对选用的3种介质在同等条件下进行系列性能试验,对其启动性能、等温性能、升温试验等主要特性进行对比分析。通过试验得出了3种热管启动性能。当炉温在250~300℃时,N-甲基吡咯烷酮热管的等温性能及稳定性能较好;随着温度的升高,萘热管和导热姆热管显示出了更好的等温性能和稳定性能。

Abstract:To find out optimum working temperature of the mediums used in closed two-phase thermosyphon in moderate-temperature zone,major performances of three mediums,such as start-up capability,isothermal performance,and temperature increasing,etc,were analyzed and compared.The start-up performances of three kinds of heat pipes at working temperature were obtained by experiments.Results show that N-methyl pyrrole heat pipe performs better in isothermal behavior and stability than the other two pipes at furnace temperature 250-300 ℃.With the rise of furnace temperature,the naphthalene and Dowtherm heat pipes showed better uniform on isotherm and stable performances.
