摘    要:活性焦烟气脱硫技术是采用多孔活性焦,通过吸附作用对烟气中的SO2进行脱除.为了解操作参数与结构参数对吸附脱硫塔效率的影响,使用数值模拟的方法对活性焦烟气脱硫装置内部流场进行分析.结果表明:入口结构对进气分布影响很大,在较合适的入口速度10~14 m/s范围内,脱硫效率为89.6%~ 92.3%;而进气分布的均匀性、吸附温度及水蒸气含量等操作参数的准确选择是保证脱硫效率的关键.

Abstract:Flue gas desulfurization with activated coke(AC) technology removed SO2 from fuel gas by adsorption on porous activated coke.To investigate the influence of operation conditions and structural parameters on the performance of the process,the flow field inside activated coke desulphurization installation was studied with numerical simulation.The results showed that the entrance structure of desulphurization installation had large effects on the air flow distribution of intake chamber.With the suitable inlet gas velocities of 10~14 m/s,the desulphurization efficiency was 89.6%~92.3%,and the desulphurization efficiency could be guaranteed with the uniform of air flow distribution of intake chamber and good operation parameters,such as adsorption temperature and water vapor content.
