摘    要:基于模型化合物,通过正交试验研究了物质、硫化程度、温度和风速4个因素的不同水平及其交互作用对含硫油品储罐自燃事故的影响.结果表明:物质因素对此类事故的影响最为显著,其次是风速,而物质和温度的交互作用影响最小.通过物质因素水平趋势分析可知,就物质因素而言Fe2O3的影响最大,而Fe(OH)3的影响最小.

Abstract:Based on model sulfur compounds,multi-factors on such spontaneous combustion accident were studied by the orthogonal experiments.The four factors,i.e.,substance,degree of sulfuration,temperature, and wind speed with the interaction of different factors were discussed.The results showed that the effect of the substance factor was the most notable;the effect of wind speed was more evident than that of other factors and the interaction of different factors and the effect of the interaction between substance and temperature were most unconspicuous.The trendline analysis of substance factor showed that the effect of Fe203 was most obvious and the effect of Fe(OH)3 was the smallest.
