风力机框筒式埋深基础的模型试验

摘    要:基于传统重力式基础和桩基础的力学特性提出一种新型框筒式埋深基础,并运用模型试验研究其受力特点和承载性能。对2个不同尺寸基础模型的试验与对比分析,结果表明:框筒式埋深基础的承载力源自地基土与基础的相互作用,其破坏模式和承载性能主要取决于基础的埋深和底板的直径,基础埋深的增加将引起框筒上应力的减小,破坏模式以局部结构失效为主,底板直径的改变将使基础以倾覆破坏为主,且对比发现埋深的影响更显著。

Abstract:A new framed-tube embedded foundation for the wind turbine is proposed,based on the mechanical properties of the traditional gravity foundation and the pile foundation,By the comparison and the analysis of two different sizes of the foundation model,it showed that bearing capacity of framed-tube embedded foundation was derived from the interaction between the foundation soil and the foundation.The failure mode and bearing capacity depended on the depth and bottom diameter of the foundation.The buried depth of the foundation increased with the decrese of the stress on the tube,and the failure mode was mainly partiac failure.The change of diameter could cause overthrow failure of the foundation.And the influence of the buried depth was more significant.
