| 摘 要： | 按照城市规划管理信息系统的特征，通过对城市规划管理工作流程进行详细的调研和分析，遵循WfMC参
考模型体系进行规划管理系统设计，提出了城市规划管理信息系统的建设原则。数据体系建设原则以及系统架构，
提出B/S和C/S协同工作模式，并对系统实现的关键技术进行研究，采用java语言编程技术方法实现了WebGIS，
从而达到了图文一体化流转。 |

| Abstract: | According to the features of urban planning management information system, based on analyzing the workflow of urban planning management, and according to the workflow reference model given by Workflow Management Coalition, this paper proposes the principles of system and database constructing, and architecture of urban planning management information system,designs the mode of B/S&C/S cooperation, researches the key technologies. Adopting the Java language to accomplish WebGIS, so achieving documents and maps transferring together. |
