摘    要:超高频射频识别(radio frequency identification, RFID)标签应用于药品包装可促进药品的信息化管理,然而在实际应用中基于药品及其包装对超高频RFID标签性能的影响尚未得到研究.通过电磁仿真软件Ansoft HFSS对超高频RFID标签的性能进行仿真分析,并结合理论分析和实验测试研究了液体类药品和泡罩包装的铝箔板对超高频RFID标签的影响.仿真分析结果显示当铝箔板和液体瓶与天线距离在20 mm以上时,天线的增益为正值,标签可正常工作;当铝箔板和液体瓶离开标签的距离在6 mm-8 mm时,标签的识别距离可在药品包装尺寸的限定范围内达到最大.且液体类药品和泡罩包装铝箔板与超高频RFID标签接近时都会使得天线增益降低,引起天线失调,其中铝箔板使得天线性能降低的程度较液体大.

Abstract:Ultra high frequency (UHF) radio frequency identification (RFID) tag applied to drug packaging promoted the information management for drugs. While there is a lack of consideration of the impact of drug and its packaging on UHF RFID tag. The parameters of antenna performance were analyzed based on the electromagnetic field simulation software Ansoft HFSS. Theory analyzing and test experiment were used in this paper to study the effect of aluminum foil and liquid on RFID tag. The simulation results show that when the aluminum plate and the liquid bottle from the antenna at the distance of 20 mm or more, the antenna gain becomes positive, and the tag works normally; the experimental results show that when the aluminum foil plate and the liquid bottle from the tag are at the distance of 6 mm to 8 mm, the tag reaches the maximum read range under the restriction of the size of the drug package. The result shows that the fluid and aluminum can dramatically decrease the gain of antenna, and lead to impedance match of antenna fail. The results provide theoretical references for the design of drug packing to meet the application reguirements of UHF RFID tags.
