| 摘 要： | 68HC08列单片机在运行程序时往往需要保存某些参数使其掉电不丢失，为节约成本提高可靠性，可以
将这些参数保存在片内Flash中。片内Flash 主要是用来保存用户程序的，为避免在程序运行时往Flash中写入数
据所导致的单片机复位，因此采用了调用芯片内部监控ROM 中自带的.Flash操作子程序的方法。该方法适用于所
有68HC08系列片内含./012 芯片的单片机，具有很高的实用性和应用前景。

| Abstract: | 68HC08 MCU (Micro Controller Unit),in some applications,need store some parameters in the involatile memorizer when the program in the MCU is running.In order to improve the reliability of system and reduce the cost of system,we can use of the MCU's on-chip flash which is normally used to store the program.To ensure the MCU's proper working,routines stored in the monitor ROM area(thus ROM resident) are used for Flash memory manipulation.The method can be applied in almost 68HC08 series MCU. |
