摘    要:测定了40℃时环己酮-水-碳酸钾体系的液-液相平衡数据,用Pitzer理论和NRTL方程对液一液相平衡数据进行了关联计算,计算值与实测值吻合较好;考察了质量分数为60.0%碳酸钾水溶液与该恒沸物的质量比对脱水率的影响.结果表明:当碳酸钾水溶液与恒沸物的质量比为1.2时,碳酸钾的脱水率高达98.40%.

Abstract:The liquid-liquid equilibrium data of cyclohexanone-water-potassium carbonate system are determined at 40 ℃ and calculated by the Pitzer theory and NRTL equation.It is found that the calculated results are consistent with the experimental data perfectly.The effect of the mass ratio of aqueous potassium carbonate to azeotrope on dewatering efficiency is also investigated.When the mass ratio is 1.2,the dewatering efficiency of potassium carbonate can reach to 98.40%.
