| 摘 要： | 提出了用于硅橡胶薄膜透气性测定的新方法等压静止法，可以实现三组分气体透过率的一次性高精度测定．并设计制作测定装置，对几种常用硅膜进行了透气性测定．

| Abstract: | A new method for gas permeability measurement of thin silicone membranes has been presented in this paper. This method is able to measure permeability precisely of thin slicone membranes about threecomponents at one time. A test desk has been made and the gas permeability of some thin silicone membranes has been measured. |
