超声波协同酶法提取浒苔多糖工艺的研究

摘    要:以浒苔为原料,采用超声波协同酶法提取多糖.在单因素试验的基础上采用正交试验优化浒苔多糖提取的工艺条件,并与热水浸提法进行比较.结果表明,浒苔多糖提取的最佳条件:超声时间20 min,料液比1∶50,温度50℃,酶用量3.0%,在此条件下重复试验,测得浒苔多糖的平均提取率为16.83%,同热水浸提法相比,多糖提取率明显提高,且提取时间大大缩短.

Abstract:Ultrasonic-assisted enzymatic methods are adopted to extract polysaccharides from Enteromorpha prolif- era. Based on single factor experiment results, orthogonal test L9 (34) is applied to optimize the extraction condi- tions. The results show that the optimum extraction conditions are as follows : ultrasonic time 20 min, ratio of mate- rial to water 1:50, hydrolysis temperature 50 ℃, enzyme concentration 3%. Under the optimized conditions, the extraction rate reaches 16. 83%, which is higher than that of traditional hot water extraction, and the extraction time is significantly reduced. The optimized conditions can be used for the extraction of Enteromorpha prolifera pol- ysaccharides.
