| Abstract: | Pullulan is a polysaccharide produced by Aureobasidium pullulans with great economic value. Aureobasidium pullulans is a polymorphic fungus and has a complex polymorphic life cycle. There is a close relationship between the cell morphology and formation of the pullulan. The Aureobasidium pullulsns and its fermentation character were discussed in the paper. |
