乳酸发酵的固定化及工艺条件的研究

摘    要:以海藻酸钙、泡沫塑料和离子交换树脂为载体进行了德氏乳酸杆菌的固定化发酵乳酸的研究,其中以海藻酸钙为载体的固定化细胞发酵取得了良好的结果,得到了高于游离细胞的发酵产量,并对发酵的工艺条件进行了探讨.

Abstract:Three different supports, calcium alienate gel,reticulated plastic foam and ion-exchange resin, have ben used for lactic acid fermentation.Of these supports,calcium alginate gel is found to be the bet one.The amount of lactic acid produced by the immobilized cells is higher than that by free cells.The technical conditions and kinetics for lactic aCid fermentation have been discussed.
