摘    要:以提取蛇毒中神经生长因子过程中产生的废水为处理对象,经混凝-Fenton试剂催化氧化深度预处理后,改善了可生化性,CODCr降到2230 mg/L,BOD5/CODCr为0.26.随后结合加压SBR法进行生物处理,最佳组合工艺条件为:混凝处理的pH值为8,PAC浓度为150 mg/L;Fenton试剂催化氧化条件为:H2O2的用量为20 ml/L,pH值为4,反应时间为60 min;加压SBR法处理的停留时间为8 h,处理后出水CODCr小于100 mg/L,达到国家规定的一级排放标准.

Abstract:The wastewater produced in extraction process of nerve growth factor from snake venoms is difficult to treat by microbe.After advanced pretreatment by using fenton plus coagulation method,CODCr of the wastewater decreases to 2230 mg/L,BOD5/CODCr increases to 0.26,and so the biodegradability of the wastewater is improved.The biochemical treatment is carried out,in which pressure-increased SBR method is adopted.The optimal process conditions are as follows: in coagulation,pH value is 8 and PAC is 150 mg/L;in Fenton method,H2O2 is 20 mg/L,pH value is 4 and the reaction time is 60 min;in pressure-increased SBR method,the treatment time is 8 h.CODCr of the effluent is less than 100 mg/L after the above treatment,which measures up to the national standard(GB8978-1996).
